From our highest vineyard, “Jaramiel” captures all the tastefulness from a soft wine with an intense aroma to red berries, blackberry, raspberry and a touch of minerals, spice, vanilla and tan, and the long finish with traces of wood at end.
“Jaramiel” vineyard is located in Jaramiel valley, at an altitude of 2,700 ft. Grapevines are 100% “Tinto Fino” and they are about 17 years old.
The type of soil is clay-limestone, with a ph that varies between 7 and 8.2. The soil has a low performance, great to get quality wines.
The weather is really extreme, with long cold winters and dry warm summers. This weather also leads to the worst enemies for the vineyard, with some freezing during spring and hail storms during summer.
